In November, Jennifer joined her Intown Playgroup classmates for a field trip to the firehouse. She had a great time and here are the photos. The guys at the firehouse were great with the kids -- they gave a demonstration of how a fireman can put on all of his equipment in 60 seconds. They also demonstrated going down the firepole. The trip was made more interesting by the fact that there was a real fire call while we were there and the firemen all jumped on two trucks and rushed out of the station while we were there. They ended up coming back after 15 minutes (it was a false alarm) but it was exciting for the kids to see that. J.
