We just got back from a quick overnight trip to NY where we celebrated the one year anniversary of the day we all became a family -- what we are calling "family day". We had a wonderful time and celebrated with Ilissa, Marion, and Alan Herskowitz. Since it's late and I have a very early flight tomorrow morning (as in 6 a.m. early), I'll just get the photos up but I do want to come back and update the posting since it was such a special time in NY. In addition to having a really nice lunch, we also walked around the dinosaur exhibit of the Museum of Natural History. There was a lot of love to go around and Jennifer was so happy to be the center of it. Thanks to Ilissa for sending me some of these photos that she took on her camera!

Just wanted to tell you again how thrilled the three of us were to spend the day celebrating with the three of you!!!
Jennifer was the delight of New York. She is not just adorable and so lovable but what a treat to watch her in action at a restaurant and interacting with people where ever we went with her. We can't wait to see her again soon. Rachel and Joseph thank you from the bottom of our hearts for always thinking of us and including us in your joy and love. Marion, Allen and Ilissa.
