Wow, the bold "blog every day" promise, even though you know Aunt Evelyn and I will be watching! We're so excited for you to go and come back with Jennifer Rose.
On the sports analogy front, your descriptions kind of remind me of the time I went skydiving. It was pretty scary when I was filling out all the paperwork and agreeing to the risks, and it was terrifying when I climbed out on the wing and felt air rushing by, but once I actually jumped, I wasn't scared anymore -- the ground was so far away that it felt like flying, not falling, and I could feel my parachute opening. I think it will be like that for you once you have your little girl.
Hey could that news clip on Jim's site have Jennifer on it too? The half baby photo, 2 below Catlin, notes that baby was born 9 25 06. Aunt Evelyn
Evelyn - I think you might be right. I'm going to see Jim (the whole travel group is coming over to our house today for a final pre-trip dinner and celebration) and I'll ask him about it. This is just the kind of detective work that he excels at (he was the one who figured out that the adoption photos of the three babies in our travel group were taken minutes apart based on the pattern of rain drops in the background! We are in major packing mode now -- what to bring and what not to bring! Keep the comments coming - we love it! Love, Joseph & Rachel
